I’ve really delved into the romance genre and I’m still loving it.

Currently reading –

Neon Gods by Katee Robert. I’m just starting this today. I’ve seen it getting so much love and I enjoyed the other book I read of hers earlier in the month so I decided it was time. It’s a Hades and Persephone retelling. I think I’m going to love it.

Recently Finished –

Den of Vipers by K.A Knight. This was something. It was really familiar, like to the point where I thought I had read it before, but I’m 100% I haven’t. Some scenarios and scenes seemed to be very heavily inspired by other books I have read lately. And yes I know authors get inspiration from everywhere but it was a lot. The story was ok. The writing wasn’t terrible and I did smash through it in a couple of sittings. It was fun and dark and full of smut, but it’s not a masterpiece.

Reading Next –

Lessons in Corruption by Giana Darling will probably be my next read. It’s a student/teacher forbidden romance, I think there is a motorcycle club involved which is one of my very favourite tropes. And I’ve heard the series gets even better after book 1 so I’m looking forward to the entire series.
