May Wrap-Up

Here we are at the end of the month. I’ve been traversing through the fantasy worlds and ignoring the reviewing part that comes with being a blogger. I got lost a couple of times, as even with a clear map, I get distracted by all things bright and shiny. A big thank you to our fearless leaders Imyrl, Lisa, and Jorie, I am already looking forward to next year.

I kept forgetting what books I had on my TBR and other bright and shiny books distracted me once or twice, but I think for the most part I kept up with my original plans. I had 12 books on my TBR, with the aim of getting through at least 5. I didn’t get through any of the NetGalley books I had planned, but I did knock a couple of physical books and ebooks from the tbr.

My Reads –

The Roo, Assassin’s Apprentice and All Systems Red were the books that led me astray and I have zero regrets because they were all bloody fantastic.

So that was my May. I feel accomplished as a reader, but not really as a reviewer. Hopefully I will actually get the reviews for these up sometime soon.
