Top Ten Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme where we get to feed that part of our soul that loves lists, by coming up with 10 things related to a certain topic.  Top Ten Tuesday was originally created by  The Broke and Bookish and is now being hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and future topics can be found here.  This weeks topic is: LOVE

top ten tuesday

This week it’s all about Love, so I’m going to rattle off some of my favourite couples.

Miss Ada Quicksilver and Lord Meath from The Absinthe Earl. Besides the fact that they have a love that lasts through time, he respects her and doesn’t force her to tone her personality down. She is inquisitive, capable and adventurous and he loves that about her and understands he can’t stifle her in the guise of trying to protect her. – REVIEW

Abby and Travis from Beautiful Disaster – They are both busted up and made some really bad choices but damn they work well together. Although he is my book boyfriend so she has to share.

Kate and Curran from Magic Bites – They take a little bit to get there, but when they do it is bloody beautiful. They are both fierce warriors and while their instinct is too protect everyone, they can let each other do their thing.

Bones and Cat from the Night Huntress series – These two are just brilliant together, it takes them a while to figure it all out, but once they do, they are a force. Also kudos to the well written sex scenes and Bones is also my book boyfriend.

Mercy and Adam from Moon Called – My original urban fantasy favourite pairing. Love, Love, Love.

Lowrie and Shen from The Quiet At The End of the World – The sweet way their friendship progresses is the sweetest thing you will read this year. –REVIEW

Lily and Robert from Cogheart – Childhood friendship goals, I love these two. They are wonderful friends who compliment each other so well. – REVIEW

Phineas Smith and Prince Roark from Prince of Air and Darkness – I do love a good enemies to lovers trope. – REVIEW

Jace and Clary from the Shadowhunters world – I was so devastated when they were told they were brother and sister, my heart knew it couldn’t be true. They were to perfect for each other.

Lastly not from a book, but from a movie – Anna and Kristoff from Frozen. They are so wonderful together.

Anna and Kristoff

There are obviously plenty of others who I completely forgot until I was finalising this list but I’m not redoing it. Do you see any favourites?
